Cleveland: Day 4&5-Progressive Field and LaPorte, Indiana

After all the sessions and a very yummy lunch downtown at a local bar, we went to Progessive Field.  After which we head out, halfway home, in LaPorte, Indiana.

S is for Seymour

He is a native Iowan.

On the Ohio Turnpike.  It was looong, with only trees and farms to look at.
Reading the AAA book about LaPorte.

Cleveland: Day 2-Mighty Rescue Crew and Opening Party

On Wednesday, was a working and partying day.  First Heather volunteer with some other registrars to help out some museums in town.  I had fun.

Hanging out at the Dunhan Traven
 Partying checkers
Hanging with the chickens (or cut outs)

After working hard the museums, we partied.  It was the Opening Party at the SS Mathner, Great Lakes Science Center, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  They were all amazing museums.

Last week, I got to go to Cleveland for a museum conference. Tuesday, was a full day of travel.  On the road, we had fun.

Playing Road Trip bingo.  We were trying for a blackout, but I didn't see a wild animal.

At the Indiana tollway, with our ticket.

Teri's car rollover to 100,000 miles!

National Mustard Day

Yesterday was National Mustard Day. Heather went to the National Mustard Museum to celebrate National Mustard Day! She made me a National Mustard Day t-shirt (out of paper) to match hers. Here is some of my pictures:

The dinner next door to the museum had hot dog sugar cookies! So cute! I am ready to enjoy.

I met the curator, Barry, and the infamous rubber chicken! Look! He has a t-shirt as well.

YUMMY!

I saw the Wienermobile! What is mustard without a hot dog?
